HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER
Responsibilities
- Contribute to maintaining corporate culture, employee engagement, and connection in the team, considering multiple geographies (US and HQ).
- Act as a culture ambassador of the company and partner with the CEO to cascade general guidelines from HQ locally
- Conduct regular meetings with business managers, guiding them on performance management, helping them to navigate organizational and people-related issues, and optimizing the organizational structure to enhance productivity and performance.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and guide corporate practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR processes and policies by partnering with the HR Manager.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for corporate and retail roles based in the US, identifying potential candidates from various channels and interviewing candidates.
- Design and update job descriptions and offers and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Support the onboarding process, training, development, and performance review.
- Promote engagement actions and cascade corporate initiatives in the US.
- Input data on the payroll processing system and control data of employees preparing information to process payroll every pay period.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as personnel budget and forecast, turnover, and diversity KPIs.
- Act as office manager when needed, dealing with facility issues and maintaining a good workplace environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Previous experience in retail companies is ideal.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
