FT & PT SALES ASSOCIATES  

With two locations in beautiful downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea, Augustina's is the ultimate luxury shopping experience for both locals and those visiting the Monterey Peninsula.  

We feature designer clothing, leathers, diamond jewelry, and accessories from around the world.  Designers include Oscar de la Renta, Michael Kors, Max Mara, Carolina Herrera, Jimmy Choo, Aquazzura, Remy Leather, and jewelry by Paul Morelli, Marco Bicego, John Hardy, and many more.

We are looking for professional, energetic, and motivated sales associates, to work with our high-end clientele and build that base, offering superior customer service.  

You will work directly with our designers and local organizations to organize and promote in-store events.    

We offer a competitive salary + commission + in-store and vendor bonuses. 

You will also receive generous employee discounts to both boutiques that increase the longer you are with the company.

Store hours are 9:30am-6pm
