Freelance Technical Designer

Global, affordable luxury brand, Naked Wardrobe, is seeking a talented Freelance Technical Designer with relevant experience and skills to join our team of team professionals. We are looking for a motivated candidate, who is adaptable, flexible, and self-starter in a fast-pace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Designers to develop the fit and specification for the prototype sample, formulate corrections and provide solutions as appropriate
• Review protos vs. tech packs for key measurements and constructions
• Responsible for fit and construction integrity
• Establish specifications and construction requirements for each garment type as per standards
• Review and revise spec sheets to confirm their accuracy
• Organize workflow based on delivery and production time and action calendar
• Communicate fit revisions and comments to vendors in a technical package format
• Approve fit and construction for each fit sample

Requirements:

• 5 + years of related professional experience
• Intermediate Computer Drawing skills for technical and construction detail sketches & related art using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient computer skills with emphasis on MS Office software & PLM Systems
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive team player
