About the coopreation opportunity 

We are a 30 years old  ODM / OEM big outwear manufacturing company in China, Myanmar and Bangladesh,  www.newthink.cn for details, in order to promote our outwear sales in USA market, we'd like to find an independent commission agent to have a win-win cooperation.

The Independent Commission agent's  function and responsibilities:

• On behalf of our company to establish business relationship with American big apparel retailers, wholesalers or department stores such as Norstrom, JC Penny, Macy's, G-III, Dillard's, etc.,  
• To maintain the relationship and promote business scale with them.
• To work like a team member with our staff in Asia in order to guarantee the best service to customers.

Commission agent's qualification: 

• High entrepreneuship spirit, Enthusiasm for developing his/her own business through cooperation with a big Asian outwear manufacturer like us.
• Rich Experiences in garments merchandising, sales and marketing.
• English is native language, more than welcome if speak Chinese mandarin in basic conversation level.
• Good communication / sales skills.
• Rich connections in American apparel industry.

Our support to the independent commission agent:

• To supply every tools or materials free of charge for his/her sales promotion work, including but not limited to garments samples, fabric hangers, etc.,
• To authorise him/her to solicit busineses on behalf of our company, NEW THINKING Fashion (China).
• To extend the service of our designers' team in both China and Europe for his/her sales promotion.
• To pay his/her commission within 5 business days after receiving customers' payment to each order.

Commission rate:

• Normally 2%-3% commission based on FOB value transacted, it will be paid 5 business days after we receive the customers' payments for each order.
