FREELANCE DIGITAL MERCHANDISE ASSISTANT - $17-20/hr

This Freelance Digital Merchandise Assistant role is for a well-known luxury women’s apparel brand. This lively and established company is looking for a tech-savvy and organized Freelance site merchandise Assistant to work in their corporate offices.

Salary/Rate: $17 - $20/hr

Position Overview: The Freelance Digital Merchandise Assistant will be directly supporting the eCommerce and Merchandise Team, to set up new products, create and track purchase orders and manage any errors on the website. This Freelance Digital Merchandise Assistant requires organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate with all cross functional teams with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities of the Freelance Digital Merchandise Assistant: 

• Track Weekly POs and inventory
• Create and update products on eCommerce site
• Ensure all products images and descriptions are accurate
• Assist with new product launches and promotional activities
• Analyze sales reports
• Manage any trouble shooting and website errors
• Communicate with cross functional teams 

Qualifications for the Freelance Digital Merchandise Assistant: 

• 1-2 years of experience
• Experience with digital merchandising
• Proficient in Excel (V look up, Pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

Education Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
