Fashion Designer Associate (Bilingual, Korean/English)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research trends and bring in new ideas
• Work with Design Team to create tech packs, ensuring designs accurately translate into development samples
• Research and interpret fashion and color forecasting of Women’s trends
• Work closely with the Executive member on product development, including styles, colors and prints
• Develop samples and tech packs
• Research fabrics for sampling and developments
• Forecasting of future Women’s trends

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Fashion Design
• Experience in graphic design, catalog design for presentation, graphic involves in promotes for marketing
• Ability to design for a variety of categories, strength in tops is a plus 
• In-depth knowledge of technical fit and garment construction
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload with multiple deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience design in KNIT/ WOVEN young  junior driven.
• Bilingual: Korean & English
