Fashion Design Internship

Eva Franco, Inc. is a contemporary women’s fashion brand that is proudly designed and lead by Eva Franco, female founder, designer, and creative entrepreneur. Based and made in Los Angeles CA and sold in over 600+ retailers nationwide and internationally.

Eva’s aesthetic is classic with a twist and her love of tailoring is evident in all of her pieces. The brand is known for its unique and exclusive fabrics, offering special textures and weaves that Eva designs herself and creates in Europe, although the collection is produced in Los Angeles and Asia.


Eva Franco is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented, team player to assist her and her team through all aspects of the design and production process. 

  • Work directly with designer and team on day to day operations in design and production
  • Check-in, track, and help prepare incoming/outgoing samples throughout all aspects of design – from concept through final production 
  • Maintain fabric library, organize sample yardages, and stay on top of grouping seasonal categories 
  • Assist production and sourcing teams with preparing swatches, costing, line sheets and lab dip submits 
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities 
  • Learn the creative process as well as observing other team members in the day to day workings
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and sketching is a plus 

Qualifications:

  • Prior design internship experience preferred.  
  • Currently enrolled in Fashion Design program
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
  • Good color sense and understanding of prints.  
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment. 
  • Self-starter, eager to learn and understand 
  • Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills. 
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills.
