FASHION COSTING CLERK

Position Summary

The Costing Clerk is responsible for entering all components’ information into AS400 system. It requires verifying all information from tech packs, and spec sheets from the pre-production team for accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Create costing for each style.
• Follow Tech Packs 
• Verify pricing at production time
• Verify the list of components on each tech pack
• Measure and verify the usage of trims is correct
• Set up Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Set up Style Master
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• 5 years of experience in related positions
• Must have Fashion industry background
• Swimwear experience is a plus
• AS400 experience 
• Garment construction experience is required
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English a plus
• Basic Microsoft Office Word and Excel knowledge 
• Team player and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good writing and reading skills
• Advanced counting and measuring skills
