A Hospitality Tech Company is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Executive Assistant/Receptionist with 3+ years of experience to provide support and assistance to their executives! This is an exciting chance for a self-starter to work for one of the tech industry’s largest growing brands.
What you will do:
Provide executive support for Senior Leadership Team
Ensure that all meetings start and end on time and help ensure the productivity of meetings
Maintain kitchen spaces and conference rooms
Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
Travel booking, calendar support, and processing expense reports for senior leaders as needed
Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree required in related field
Impeccable customer service skills
At least 3+ years of executive assistant/receptionist experience
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; you thrive in a fast paced environment
Resourceful, extremely organized, detail oriented, and a team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite a plus
Scrappy, unflappable, dynamic
Motivated, driven and a self-starter with a can-do attitude
