As an Entry-Level Product Development/Production Clerk, you will receive hands-on training and guidance while supporting various aspects of sample management, color card preparation, fabric handling, organization, and package coordination. Key Responsibilities:

Samples:

• Assist in the preparation of concept samples for market presentation, including steaming, tagging, and labeling.
• Learn to create concept sample tags accurately and efficiently.
• Support in capturing photographs of concept samples for sales purposes.
• Aid in the distribution of PP (Pre-Production) or TOP (Top of Production) samples to buyers or internal stakeholders.
• Assist in packaging and tracking samples for shipment.

Color Cards:

• Learn to prepare color cards for sales presentations and product development purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of color cards for various stakeholders.
• Support in selecting and organizing colors for production approvals.

Fabrics:

• Gain experience in recording information for new fabrics and store samples.
• Assist in photographing fabrics for reference and cataloging purposes.

Organization:

• Participate in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the working areas.
• Learn to maintain and organize sample inventory to ensure easy access and retrieval.

Packages:

• Receive and assist in the distribution of incoming packages to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience required; this is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and learning.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the industry.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on new tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Basic computer skills are a plus but not required; training will be provided.
