ENTRY-LEVEL ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

Job Type: Full-Time in Person M-F 9am to 6pm

With almost 20 years in the apparel manufacturing industry we have developed a process that features the latest trends in graphic techniques, fabrics, washes and sustainability; while never compromising quality or delivery. Our inhouse designers, quality control specialist and production team work seamlessly with international factories. We have extensive knowledge and experience working with small boutiques, mid size retailers, department stores as well as major national and international retailers. 

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Assistant Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and have an eye for creating compelling visuals. They must possess a keen eye for detail, proficient in ecommerce, social media, customer service and data entry. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Input style data into Faire and Brandboom platforms for processing wholesale orders. 
  • Provide basic customer support for wholesale order inquiries and questions as needed. 
  • Keep inventory counts accurate and up-to-date across all sales platforms. 
  • Engage in and promote seasonal sales events through targeted email campaigns. 
  • Update platforms with preorder styles, including detailed product descriptions, photos, and size charts.
  • Develop and dispatch introductory packages and gifts to potential boutiques, fostering new wholesale relationships with boutiques or new sales reps. 
  • Execute bi-weekly email campaigns to update wholesale accounts about pre-orders, current inventory, and ongoing sales. 
  • Manage social media operations for two tween-focused apparel brands. 
  • Ensure daily updates, post on each platform using the Later scheduling tool. 
  • Produce and share engaging brand content, including reels and stories featuring behind-the-scenes moments with the brand founders. 
  • Maintain and expand relationships with tween micro-influencers, including coordination of sample gifting. Organize and distribute seasonal or monthly influencer gifting packages. 
  • Plan and oversee seasonal photoshoots, coordinating models, photographers, locations, and props. Create stylized individual flat photos of each apparel style for use in social media promotions and sales efforts. 

Qualifications: 

  • Extremely detail oriented, organized, and has a sense of urgency 
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively within a team and independently. 
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Willing to learn and happy to ask questions. 
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 
  • Willing to learn new platforms such as Brandboom, Faire, Klaviyo and Jotform. 
  • Proficiency with Later, Instagram, Pinterest and TicTok required. 
  • Proficiency with Canva and Shopify a plus. 
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography and layout design. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint a plus. 
  • Knowledge of Creative Cloud – Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop a plus.
