EDI Shipping Specialist

Apparel company seeks to hire an organized and detail-oriented EDI Shipping Specialist.  This position serves a critical role in monitoring and maintaining the EDI infrastructure and ensuring that EDI transactions are sent and received properly. Responsibilities include handling EDI/non-EDI tasks and processing transactions between company, customers and suppliers.  The role requires the ability to efficiently troubleshoot technical issues by applying analytical thinking and knowledge and will be required to support the warehouse with WMS troubleshooting and AIMS 360 software.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create Vendor POs for Suppliers
• Create Styles & Case packs
• Process all EDI Orders assigned UPC’s and upload 832 to GSX, retrieve 850 upon notification and review readable file for errors
• Create customer SKU’s
• Process Non-EDI orders from Order Entry, pick ticket transmission to warehouse(940/CSV) and PDF to Invoice
• Factor approval for orders
• Allocation and creation
• Shipment Processing/945 to pack PKT into loads and send EDI 856
• Route per Vendor Manuals
• Create PDF labels from shipment processing
• Factor process from getting order approval, to shipping, to sending invoices and documents to factor.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of AIMS 360 Experience
• Experience in EDI and logistics
• Must have strong computer system and software skills
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Proficient working with 3PL warehouse and freight companies
