ECOMMERCE SALES MANAGER

Our client, an excellent fashion company believes in providing quality fashion choices to customers across various platforms. They are a dynamic and fast-growing fashion brand committed to delivering the latest trends at affordable prices. As they expand their presence in the digital space, they are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Ecommerce Sales Manager.

SALARY/HOURLY RATE:

$55,000 – $60,000 base plus bonus monthly based on sales and profitability targets

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Ecommerce Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales for our fashion products on the online platform. The Ecommerce Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategies aimed at maximizing sales, profitability, and brand presence on the ecommerce channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ECOMMERCE SALES MANAGER:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth on the ecommerce platform
  • Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to support ecommerce initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and ecommerce policies to inform decision-making and strategy development
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ECOMMERCE SALES MANAGER:
  • Proven track record of success in ecommerce sales management, preferably within the retail or fashion industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
