Pacsun is dedicated to delivering an exclusive collection of the most relevant brands and styles to a community of inspired youth. Curated in Los Angeles.

PacSun is looking for multiple forward thinking, retail minded, creators of culture who have an appreciation for fashion and learning.  The 2024 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week opportunity beginning June 11 – August 16, 2024.

Title/Department – eCommerce Marketplace Intern

Responsibilities:

• Utilize sales data to synthesize insights and offer recommendations.
• Perform competitor and industry analysis on the Amazon and TikTop Shop marketplaces, delivering insights to the team.
• Help maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring and tracking stock.
• Conduct audits of the website to ensure high exposure products are surfaced and attractively presented.
• Attend PacSun weekly meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the overall business and using those insights to enhance the Amazon and Tik Tok experiences and drive sales.
• Collaborate with teams on ideate, present, and bring creative content to life.
• Support other department and cross functional projects.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled college students and/or recent graduates
• Must be available to work full time schedule.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and process improvement
• Engaging personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong organization skills
• Strong Creative writing skills
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel*)
• Intermediate skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with Web PDM preferred.

This program will challenge your ability to not only think critically and creatively, but also work as a team to strategize and implement solutions.  Over the course of this internship, you will be presented with insight into your career path with exposure to the long- term strategies and day-to-day tasks required in your selected department.  This is a paid internship ($20.00/hour), that’s right; we’re paying you to spend time with us, get some work done, and instigate a little fun while we’re at it.  We look forward to meeting you!
