ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR - Contemporary Fashion Brand

A leading Contemporary Fashion Brand in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator to join their team! In this exciting role, you will support the online growth of this rapidly expanding company. Your analytical, strategic approach and innovative sense of creativity will be key to your success.

You will:

  • Improve site performance by strategizing new and innovative ecommerce strategies

  • Drive the upload of all site content

  • Assist with fulfillment processing, issues, and invoicing

  • Handle inventory, process returns and answer customer inquiries

  • Optimize acquisition and customer experience through SEO, and email/digital/affiliate marketing initiatives

  • Oversee the QA of all onsite initiatives

  • Assist with the planning and implementation of ecommerce product launches

  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on online marketing and selling performance

  • Keep on top of all market trends and technologies

You need:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience working with an ecommerce platform; preferably in the apparel industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Expert understanding of web design and analytics

  • Expert proficiency with Shopify

  • Experience with digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, and paid social campaigns

  • Strategic, analytical approach to problem-solving

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
