E Commerce Manager - Women's Fashion Brand

XiRENA, a women’s contemporary fashion brand, is seeking an E-Commerce Manager. Reporting to the Brand Director and Sales Director, the E-Commerce Manager is responsible for digital asset creation and operations related to the e-commerce store. This includes launching & merchandising new products, content change outs, product description & copywriting, product photography, photo retouching, and creative asset management.

The E-Commerce Manger is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, including assisting with fulfillment processes, resolving fulfillment issues, invoicing, adding new inventory to site, processing returns, and answering customer service inquiries.

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in the following:

• 2-3 years’ experience in Shopify Ecommerce platform – preferably in the apparel industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel and Word
• Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and Capture One.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Ability to effectively management multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Must have some knowledge of Google products such Google Analytics and Google AdWords
