E-Commerce Manager - Swimwear

The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for L*Space’s user experience and connecting acquisition activities to conversion and retention goals. This role reports to the CEO. 

Our dream candidate is creative, methodical and passionate about UX and using data to orchestrate ecommerce growth. 

Responsibilities:

•  Full ecommerce P&L responsibilities including revenue plan, gross profit and net income target responsibilities that align with company objectives. Manage expense budgets to maintain efficient investments in marketing tactics.

•  Creating and maintaining a site marketing calendar that includes updates to content, product catalog and promotions.

•  Oversee website performance improvement process with a mobile first approach. Identify technology updates that continue to optimize performance. Manage conversion rate optimization efforts. Maintain KPIs for website performance such as site speed, cart abandonment. and return rate reduction.

•  Creating and implementing campaigns to grow the online audience, website traffic and social media followers.

•  Giving creative direction and working with design and front-end dev to ensure site assets are on-brand and QA’d.

•  Building out and managing customer groups to ensure site experience matches consumer needs.

•  Working with the brand team to ensure new content is contextually relevant and driving commerce.

•  Liaising between departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to solve problems and improve the customer experience.

•  Working closely with the internal Customer Service team and outside vendor relationships with an eye for creating efficiencies.

•  Mobile first mindset with demonstrated experience in leading mobile ecommerce websites.

•  Reporting on business utilizing Google Analytics.

•  Identifying new opportunities to grow the business.

•  KPIs include Conversion Rate, AOV, Reduced Bounce Rate, Reduced Return Rate.

 

Qualifications:

•  BA or BS degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience

•  Minimum three (3) years’ experience in e-commerce

•  Strong planning skills and working knowledge of ecommerce marketing tools/software (cms, email, promotions, advertising, spreadsheets and reporting) required

Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Full Circle/Circlify and Google Analytics is a plus!
