E-commerce & Digital Marketing Associate

The E-commerce & Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing Classic Prep’s direct to customer experience from email and performance marketing, paid social, order placement, as well as managing our social platforms. The role will report to the Director of Ecommerce, and have day to day interactions with company leadership, product development and production, warehouse operations and logistics, and our Flagship Retail Store. You will manage the marketing calendar, analyze selling for the website, as well as conduct market research and analysis to ensure Classic Prep says current with new technologies and offerings. You will be responsible for product and image import to our website catalog as well as product merchandising on web.

Activities will include:

  • Email Marketing Calendar and creation of campaigns
  • Social Media Calendar and management of stories, posts, videos, etc.
  • Paid Social updates and asset creation
  • SEM analysis
  • Relevant marketing and competitive analysis
  • Product and image management for the web catalog
  • Product merchandising for website
  • Implementing markdowns and price changes online
  • Reporting and analytics for all marketing channels i.e. email and social
  • Occasional fulfillment and customer service-related inquiries and orders
  • Inventory management

Skillset Required

  • Must have a happy disposition and be an active listener.
  • Must have strong analytical skills for reporting.
  • Eager to help people and resolve issues.
  • Strong follow up skills and ability to multi-task.
  • An organized self-starter that wants to learn and grow with a small, fast-growing team.
  • Experience with social media platforms, Shopify, Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics is a plus.
  • 4-6 years customer service/marketing experience.
