Director of Operations - Women's - $95K

Great Women's fashion brand that is high paced seeking terrific Director of Operations to oversee all inter-departmental communication from sales, design, production, e-commerce and customer service.  Run daily/weekly/monthly reporting for shipping, sales and receipt of inventory.  Must be a team player who can wear many hats, enjoys a busy work enviornment.  Must have some or full knowledge of Full Circle program.  Troubleshoot all systems between our 3PL, Full Circle and customer service. You need to be very organized and make extreme good use of your time.  No procrastination or busy bodies who don't get work done.  Need a highly functioning individual who can multi task and that does not get overwhelmed.  Someone who knows how to think quickly, resolve issues and can keep themselves accountable and organized.
