The Anne Willi Fashion studio is located in Paris and we are currently seeking an extremely responsible Store Managers + Director in New York for our Brooklyn store located in Boerum Hill.

We are looking for an experienced individual who would love to help represent our line and have already an experience in retail. You are someone who loves helping women to feel good about themselves – so that we continue to build a loyal and happy clientele. 

- You will be committed to promoting the culture of the brand internally and externally, and feel at ease explaining the style, quality, and fabrication of our goods.You will ensure that the store atmosphere always upholds our image and perfectly shows off the collections.

- You will be responsible for ensuring the high standards of our window displays, and help in developing new ideas to highlight the collection in the best way.

Schedule Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00am - 7:00pm

Fixe payroll + percentage on sales and bonus on target

Responsibilities:

• Open & close the boutique
• Greet, direct, & be comfortable in recommending pieces to customers
• Answer customers’ questions about garments i.e. sizing, availability, fit, textile, etc.
• Pack/ship online orders
• Maintain the boutiques French aesthetic
• Ensure the racks on the floor offer size options
• Manage checkouts and/or returns of merchandise
• Inform customers about discounts (if any)
• Flexibility to take on additional related tasks as needed & a willingness to learn
• Increase the sales turnover

Skills:

• Experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role preferred
• An interest in the fashion industry, sustainable design, woman-led company
• High sensitivity to customers’ overall experience
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Computer skills: Shopify, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel/Word, Instagram
• Talent in continuing to build our online presence on social media i.e. building followers, increasing online sales, developing content/campaigns, etc.
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• English & French speaking *bonus*

You are well organized and detail-oriented. You are able to take initiative in working independently throughout the day.

Anne Willi is a Franco-Swiss designer and established her brand in 1998.

The collection sells in Japan, Switzerland and the US in creative multi-brand stores.

The independent company currently owns 3 Anne Willi brand stores. The first in the Bastille area of Paris (13 Rue Keller 75011 Paris) and one on the left bank in Saint Germain des Près (20 rue de l’Odéon 75006 Paris),In 2013 Anne Willi opened a pop-up shop in the neighborhood of Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. After a warm welcome to the city, a permanent store was established in February 2015 at 362 Atlantic Avenue Brooklyn.
