Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Paid Digital Campaign Management: execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including but not limited to - Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon DSP & rich media, Influencers & UGC.
Content Marketing: plan and oversee creation of high quality and engaging content across digital platforms. This includes standard and rich media.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Make data-driven decisions and adjustments as necessary. Must be able to communicate these insights to cross-functional partners and leadership
Budget Management: must maintain the company's marketing budget in an organized and efficient fashion
Qualifications
3-5+ year of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and driving marketing campaign initiatives across multiple channels
Experience in digital, content and social media marketing (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon DSP & rich media, Influencers & UGC)
Knowledge of web analytic tools and functions (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO)
Understanding of key marketing metrics and how to analyze and take action on them (impressions, CTR, conversion, ROAS)
Excellent communication and decision-making skills based on data
The ability to work effectively as a “self-starter”
