DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Paid Digital Campaign Management: execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including but not limited to - Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon DSP & rich media, Influencers & UGC.
  • Content Marketing: plan and oversee creation of high quality and engaging content across digital platforms. This includes standard and rich media.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Make data-driven decisions and adjustments as necessary. Must be able to communicate these insights to cross-functional partners and leadership
  • Budget Management: must maintain the company's marketing budget in an organized and efficient fashion

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ year of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and driving marketing campaign initiatives across multiple channels
  • Experience in digital, content and social media marketing (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Amazon DSP & rich media, Influencers & UGC)
  • Knowledge of web analytic tools and functions (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO)
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics and how to analyze and take action on them (impressions, CTR, conversion, ROAS)
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills based on data
  • The ability to work effectively as a “self-starter”
