Data and System Entry - Hybrid

We are a children's apparel company, located in Edison, NJ.  We design, manufacture and distribute girls and boys licensed and private label separates and sets covering size ranges of newborn, infant, toddler, through 6X/7.  Our distribution is diverse and covers discount, moderate, club and department store along with a growing e-comm business.    

We are looking for a Data / System Entry candidate to join our growing team, sales entry focused.  

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a great team and to learn.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;  

• Sales order entry into company system
• Retailer style setups (working with retailer templates/systems-portals)
• Formatting selling reports, line sheets, inventory reports for team review
• Production purchase order entry / revisions. 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an apparel company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Organized
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point.  
• ERP software experience A+, Simparel-Exenta, other. 
• Must possess ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a positive attitude, and be eager to learn. 
• Reliable and responsible team player
