Customer Service - Women's Clothing
BILA a ladies apparel importer, is seeking a dependable, reliable and energetic individual to handle their customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or Shipping Manager in the apparel industry.
- MUST HAVE experience with AIMS.
- Experience handling major retailers and boutiques is a must
- Experience with data entry, proofreading and editing purchase orders, billing and shipping.
- Knowledge of UPS world ship and FED-EX a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication with a high attention to detail and organizational skills
- The right candidate must possess strong work ethics, be capable of multi-tasking, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and achieve goals
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
