Customer Service Representative - Operations/Logistics

Sunrise Brands is seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented Customer Service Representative! The ideal candidate is a self-starter and driven team player.

Multinational fashion company seeks to hire a Customer Service Representative that will work with the VP of Operations directly and will coordinate operations and Customer service process with Design, Production, Vendors, Sales and warehouse.  

Position Responsibilities  

  • Provide full cross functional & operational support with Design, Production, Vendors and Sales teams.
  • Style set up, order processing, FGPO's creation, logistics instructions and WIP tracking with the vendors overseas.
  • Communicates daily with vendors overseas and internal teams throughout the operations and logistics process.
  • Inventory management, pick tickets issuance, communication with the warehouse on a daily basis.
  • Helping Production Department maintain WIP (Work In Progress) reports weekly, following up with vendors and sales on outstanding issues
  • Respond to customer/Sales teams inquiries and follow up to ensure issues resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with coworkers and other internal departments to ensure data integrity and compliance with customer SOP's.
  • Acting as a liaison and providing assistance to Sales teams.  

 Position Requirements  

  • 3 years experience in Customer Service and Operations/Logistics.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High sense of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Flexible, organized, detail oriented team player. A go-getter hands-on attitude is encouraged. 
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure & cope with deadlines.
  • Strong AS400, SQL, Brand Manager and Excel skills.
  • EDI, Web PDM/Centric a plus.

** Not a Remote position. Must commute onsite to the office**
