Customer Service Representative - 3-5 Years Experience

3-5 years experience in the Fashion Industry
Assist with Order entry, order cancellations and Account inquiries
Manage all Return Authorizations and Credit Memo's
Follow up on all customer orders
Communicate with warehouse on daily basis to pick, pack and ship all orders to ensure on time delivery
Work with Sales team on swatch requests, samples for Department stores and at once orders
Excellent verbal and written skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Help setting up NY shows
Must be detailed orientated
Must be organized
Able to multi-task
Proficient in Excel
Drop shipment knowledge a plus
A2000 experience a plus
