CONCESSION STORE MANAGER

Our client, a leading luxury retail brand known for its exquisite products and exceptional customer service, is in need of a Concession Store Manager, located in Old Orchard (Chicago).

$24 – $26/hr

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our luxury retail team within Old Orchard (Chicago). The Concession Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the concession store operation, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the concession store, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and foster brand loyalty

• Must have 3 plus years of experience
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Bachelor’s degree is required
