CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER - Home Decor

Join the most exciting Home decor companies. We are seeking a Chief Marketing officer to join the team. Direct the company across all digital, e-commerce strategies, social channels, and platforms. Create your content raise brand awareness, and optimize traffic. In this position, you will have full ownership of digital media. Must have home decor.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and identify digital brand marketing strategies.
  • Review and approve all social media copy and content to drive traffic and add new customers
  • Budgeting, ROI Quantification
  • Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts, and results. These include short and long-term objectives, customer metrics, and overall performance. 
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding productivity and performance, operational excellence, cost management and customer service in the e-commerce store
  • Develop reports and reporting formats.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties in the marketplace world 
  • Work at both the strategic and tactical levels
  • Drill down into marketing channels and site performance metrics to explain variances in Business.
  • Ensure marketplace copy and data are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines.
  • Full ownership of all analytics surrounding the online marketing programs including paid media, social and emails.
  • Support strategic brief development for regional or channel-lead initiatives, with precise channel inputs
  • Analyze selling reports, budgets and other available tools.
  • Drive web, sales, customer, analysis leading to actions.
  • Influence the return rate with the strategy and enhance profit.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seasonal strategies are executed, providing marketing meets brand guidelines.
  • Drive seasonal partnerships with functional teams to deliver clear insights for future planning, and develop an integrated digital marketing calendar

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and or Marketing
  • Minimum of 10 plus years of relevant marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, and product-oriented
