Brand Assistant / Customer Service - Contemporary Apparel / Accessories
JOB DESCRIPTION & TASKS
Brand Assistant:
The Tribe Kelley Brand Assistant will be ALL HANDS ON with all items within the Brand at the Los Angeles office in the Arts District. This job will consist of different daily tasks. Some days will be in the office and some will be running around from fulfillment to manufactuers.
- Assists Brand Manager & Production Manager on day to day office activities
- errands, phone calls, organization, accepting packages
- Manages the office / showroom
- Maintains the office: tidy, organized
- Reorders: for low quantity items. Ie: tags, labels, etc.
- Keeps sample sets in pristine condition, logs loaned items, restock on sample sets
- Assist with wholesale set ups : deliveries, communication, follow through
- Photoshoot assistant:
- Assists with the set up
- Clothing prep + organization
- Assistant for any content building opportunities
- Fittings: Takes notes during fittings
Customer Service Agent:
Checks Customer Service emails every day frequently and aids all items Customer Service. Acts in a nice manner to all customers, knowing that the customer is right and working with them any way to KEEP them a customer.
- Answers all customer service inquiries
- Works along side Brand Manager + fulfillment to manage any customer inquiries via email / socials
- Runs to and from fulfillment
Web Managing: Shopify
- Product making / adjusting / changing photos / etc
- Familiar with the back end of the site for customer service purposes
