ASSOCIATE DESIGNER

Advance Contemporary Fashion Brand – Milly – is seeking for an Associate Designer to join the team

• Research trends & new silhouettes at the start of every season
• Create embroidery design CAD from the mock-up request stage through final layout on garment
• Create tech packs
• Communicate and follow up with overseas mills from initial proto request stage through to showroom sample request to ensure deadlines are being met
• Assist in the design development process, including organizing design libraries, copying and printing out TPs 
• Attend design fittings and take detailed fit notes
• Assist in lookbook photoshoot 
• Assist in market week preparation 

Requirements:

• 2-5 years Advanced Contemporary Design experience
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a deadline orientated work environment
• Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Adobe Photoshop

Salary: $55,000- $75,000
