The Assistant Technical Designer will partner with the Design Team to coordinate detailed and accurate technical packages.  All technical packages are to be finished in a timely manner and consistent with set procedures.  

Duties:

1. Develop complete Tech Packs with detailed specification, fabrication, and technical drawings from Designer’s initial sketch.
2. Follow procedures and practices for Technical Design Team
3. Prepare design-detail sheets for all orders included in technical packages.
4. Assist with troubleshooting and providing solutions for any non-conforming events that arise.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Good communication skills
2. Good people skills: will need to work with a variety of personalities in Technical Design and Design.
3. Detail oriented and thorough with data entry. 
4. Illustrator and photoshop proficient
5. Understanding of garment construction
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Great follow through.
8. Great organizational skills
