Assistant Production Coordinator / Product Development - Lifestyle Activewear

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, from initial design to final product
  • Assist with multi-season development of all strike-offs, lab dips, and sourcing 
  • Communicate with factories daily to monitor development and production progress 
  • Organize fabric/trim handoff and manage salesman sample process through execution 
  • Issue and monitor all cut tickets and PO’s to vendors 
  • Receive packing slips, track open balances and issue payments to vendors
  • Ensure that all product and raw material information is accurately entered into Full Circle
  • Assist in allocating production to dye houses and factories, to meet calendar dates 
  • Monitor and update WIP report on a daily basis 
  • Assist production manager with all QC at dye houses and factories
  • Maintain sample library and assist with shipping out salesman samples 

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years in related role within apparel industry 
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, demonstrates initiative beyond what is expected 
  • Ability to balance creativity and critical thinking in fast-paced environment and prioritize workload while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task 
  • A team player, form strong relationships with cross-functional departments and contribute positively to team dynamic
  • Possess strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Full Circle
  • Associates Degree in Apparel Manufacturing, or similar
