APPAREL LOGISTICS MANAGER

​NY based fashion company based in the Garment Center is seeking a Full-Time Apparel Logistics Manager for our in-house shipping department.  We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented team player to join our team.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Data Entry of all orders from our sales platform into the Apparel Magic system.
• Communicate with Showrooms and sales reps on a daily basis about orders.
• Communicate with factory production teams to ensure all production orders are proceeding according to shipping schedule.
• Prepare all pick tickets.
• Create all invoices, carton marking and shipping labels.
• Communicate between Production and the overseas freight forwarders to make sure shipments are coming on time.
• Prepare all EDI and ASN for department stores.
• Order shipping supplies.
• Prepare pick tickets and labels for all daily ecomm orders.
• Process all ecomm returns and refunds daily.

Skills needed:

• Excellent knowledge of excel.
• Knowledge of Apparel Magic or similar manufacturing software.
• Must have knowledge of in-house EDI and ASN.
• Familiarity with all shipping companies – FedEx, DHL, UPS, AAE.
• Neatness and organization a must.
• Price negotiation skills.
• Must be self sufficient.

Hours are 10-6 M-F.
