Administrative Assistant 

36-year-old Fashion recruiting agency is opening an office on Bridge Ave Point Pleasant Borrow 

This will be a great opportunity to learn how to become a HR, or personnel Recruiter.

Fast paced boutique Fashion agency executive search firm is looking for an energetic, resourceful, efficient, office administrator to assist the President. This candidate must think outside of the box and have excellent computer skills. A background in fashion from either a degree in fashion or experience working in the fashion apparel industry is a preferred. Bilingual Spanish would be very helpful.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working directly with the President of the company
• Ability to work in a face paced environment.
• Have great follow up skills.
• Answering incoming phone calls, ability to articulate well and have good phone etiquette.
• Greeting guests as they walk through the door.
• Conduct email correspondence
• Follow up with daily emails and reminders – very important –
• Prepare materials for weekly meetings.
• In charge of setting up calendar interviews, Skype meetings, and phone calls
• Assist in posting/updating job description on company websites and affiliated platforms.
• Heavy note taking skills.
• Order office supplies when needed.
• Filing paperwork, folders, faxing/copying documents when necessary
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Must have experience on Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite

*Will be trained in other office systems
