Newly Created Unique Accounting Position - NYC Midtown Company

This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, detailed, and enthusiastic entry level accountant to join our team. We are looking for the right individual to train who will collaborate and thrive in a fast pace environment.

The job requirements are to process the bills in QuickBooks, review invoices and match  with PO’s & Backups to verify charges, analyze monthly American Express bill, post daily wires, weekly check run. Daily posting of factor cash journal, checking credit approval with factor, detailed follow-up on all chargebacks, adjustments and disputes, handle all RTV requests, Credit memos, debit memos, post cash from check/credit cards 

Applicant must have knowledge of QuickBooks and general accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000-55,000

Experience:

• Accounts Payable: 2 year (Preferred)

• QuickBooks: 2 year (Preferred)

• Accounts Receivable: 2 year (Preferred)
