ACCOUNT MANAGERS - 3 Openings

Account managers Needed!  We are expanding !  

Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a meticulous and dedicated account managers to play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid background in wholesale/fashion/consumer goods support and a keen interest in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Attend sales meetings with buyers and potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Prepare and send weekly inventory reports to buyers, detailing inventory levels, sales forecasts, and order statuses.
• Regularly follow up on POS with buyers to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any arising issues.
• Assist the sales team with various tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing EXCEL documents.
• Coordinate seamlessly with other departments to facilitate efficient sales operations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently.
• Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is preferred.
