ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Jewelry

This position is based in our New York City Showroom corporate offices of Deconic, a portfolio of jewelry brands (Alexis Bittar, Carolee, Partner Brands) owned by the Brooks Brothers Group, Inc. 

The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for an Account Executive for the Alexis Bittar brand, located in our New York City showroom and reports to the Sales Director to drive brand growth and profitability through sales execution.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve budgeted shipment and dilution goals, while achieving retail sales plans
  • Analyze  and review accounts and company reports weekly for opportunities
  • Create, manage and analyze weekly and monthly sales and shipment recaps
  • Manage complete order process from inception to point of shipment
  • Communicate regular with accounts to maintain client relationships
  • Monitor inventory assortments and adjust as necessary in response to business needs
  • Manage reorders, markdowns, margins, advertising and replenishment models and all aspects of the business
  • Strategize with team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts at the department level
  • Create assortment plan and select product to support sales plan
  • Participate in quarterly market meetings and sell product offerings to drive sales growth

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and computer skills - MS Office - V-Lookups in Excel
  • Experience and relationships with department stores
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good creative and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Department Store Experience strongly preferred
