Primary Purpose: The Email Coordinator is responsible for supporting the briefing, approving, and testing process across Tapestry email communications with a key focus on the German region. The role focuses on personalising the German regional email programs by developing a weekly calendar to support local holidays, cultural moments & shopping behaviours, whilst supporting the Senior Email Coordinator and the wider Marketing and Ecommerce teams to drive customer engagement, targets and deliver a consistent brand message across Europe.

The successful individual will:

  • Develop an email marketing and SMS plan to support growth in the German region for Coach and Kate Spade
  • Support the Senior Email Coordinator on the SMS marketing strategy and create a testing roadmap across Germany, UK & Ireland
  • Support the Senior Email Coordinator on briefing monthly campaigns across all regions through Workfront, in line with design deadlines
  • Create, maintain, and optimise all email and automated programmes to drive engagement, retention, loyalty and reactivation, ensuring Germany has its own optimization roadmap alongside UK and ROE
  • Identify regional nuances in shopping behaviours and KPIs using data insights to optimize and continually develop email effectiveness
  • Partner with Email Developers on testing campaigns
  • Partner with the Trade and Merchandising team to understand product launch timings and investment focus for each month
  • Partner with translations agency and meet email build deadlines
  • Report weekly on all KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and productivity
  • Create monthly campaign performance analysis reports showing the overall results for email and make recommendations for future tests and creative layouts
  • Attend weekly/monthly calls with external email vendors to discuss performance and propose updates
  • Support the Senior Email Coordinator with growing and retaining the customer databases through developing acquisition, retention and reactivation strategies, centered around effective lifecycle management
  • Connect with colleagues in North America on best practice, testing results and upcoming campaigns to share learnings across regions

You will possess:

  • Previous email marketing experience, with planning and deploying multi-platform campaigns
  • Background in retail/fashion industry is preferrable
  • Strong interest in CRM and email marketing best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and foster partner relations and interact successfully with individuals at all levels
  • Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills and strong business acumen
  • Highly organised, proactive, and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • German language skills is desirable but not essential
