Operations Coordinator - HYBRID

What We Are Looking For
Naturopathica is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator with responsibilities including but not limited to inventory and supplier operations, product launches, forecasting, production management, assisting with MRP, and procurement. The successful candidate is reporting to the VP of Operations and Director of Operations. Hybrid position – WFH Monday and Friday, NY office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management – Adjustments, transfers, work orders, receiving, monthly reconciliations, allocation
  • Item Maintenance—Keeping item integrity by assuring coding and bills of material are current internally and with vendors and item creation
  • Purchasing—creation/maintenance of purchase orders and receipts. Frequent communication with component and manufacturing vendors to ensure all dates are being held and help manage the tracking of all purchase orders
  • Demand Planning—assisting the Director of Supply Chain with Production Plan and MRP
  • Assisting the VP of Supply chain with the NPD and packaging process

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a supply chain environment. Experience in a CPG and/or cosmetic company is a plus
  • Experience in ERP systems (Sage experience a plus)
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management
  • High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel including data manipulation and organization)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals and processes and are comfortable working with vendors on both new launches and evergreen products
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative and enjoys working cross-functionally to execute strategies
  • Experience in Shopify And Salesforce a plus
