E-comm Customer Service / Warehouse Associate

NYC based womens contemporary apparel manufacturer is currently seeking an E-comm / Warehouse associate. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Process / fullfill orders received through company's website

- Issue invoices / create shipping labels using ShipStation

- Pick and pack

- Process return / exchange requests 

- Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat

- Upload new product onto website using Apparel Magic ERP 

- General warehouse duties including organizing / receiving product / keeping track of supplies

 

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, an independent thinker, an effective multi-tasker and a great communicator.

The following skills are a plus:

- Proficiency in Shopify

- Proficiency in Apparel Magic

- Profciency in Ship Station

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Great interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
