CUSTOMER SERVICE / EDI ASSISTANT - Apparel Company
Downtown LA apparel company is seeking a detailed oriented Customer Service/EDI Representative to join their team.
- This role is responsible for handling order entry, EDI coordination, answering phones, resolving customer claims, order confirmations, and following-up with credit concerns.
- Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Develop positive working relationships with sales staff and customers
- Liaison between the warehouse on proper allocation, order changes, pick tickets, etc
- Manage order backlog for assigned accounts
- Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service and improve complaint and resolution process
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Must have experience with Customer Service and EDI; Experience with Apparel Magic preferred
- Proficient in MAC OSx; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented with a strong commitment to customer service
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
