We are looking for a Director, Product Management to join our IT team and lead the product software design process to preserve David’s status as the top Bridal retailer in the industry. This is an incredible opportunity for a strong leader that has strong time-management skills and an analytical mindset.
General Summary:
The Director, Product Management is responsible for leading the product software design and, working closely with engineering, UX, and the business teams to capture and document requirements, KPIs, and overall product strategy. They work cross-functionally with these teams to develop and communicate the long-term product strategy, medium and long-term I. T roadmaps, and epic and user-story level detailed requirements for their product on a daily weekly and quarterly basis.
Principal Functions and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Years of Related Experience: 10+ years of business, marketing, or project management experience working with new and emerging technical development teams
Required Skills & Abilities:
Clear and concise communication; leadership; teamwork; analytical mindset; flexibility; negotiation skills a plus.
Other Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Docs tools; strong time-management a must.
