PRODUCTION / SOURCING ASSOCIATE

Mens and Boys Apparel Company seeks an experienced talented Production / Sourcing Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Create and send purchase orders, order details to factory
• Daily follow up with factories on approvals / sampling / etc.
• Manage production timelines from order placing through shipment
• Communicate internally with sales and design team
• Communicate with overseas QC teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with apparel production/sourcing.
• Experience working with private label programs. 
• Understands and works with social compliance. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook  & strong overall computer skills.
• Excellent time management & organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented with strong follow through.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, react to change & meet deadlines.
• Must be a team player.
