PAID INTERNSHIP - Wholesale Showroom Assistant - 3 to 6 Months - Full Time

Description: Wholesale High-End Children apparel Coordinator

Tasks would include:

• Assisting in booking clients appointments;
• Customer service (handling returns);
• Working with clients at trade-shows and at C&C showroom (temporary not available);
• Data entry (mostly customers’ orders to be entered in C&C system) and order follow-up;
• Setting up and dismantling trade-show booth (temporary not available);
• Assisting the sales and logistic team;
• Assisting the CEO in creating reports and emails follow up
• Projects professional and positive appearance and attitude
• Maintains a clean and organized workstation
• Maintains an accurate record of all transactions and customer logs
• Reception of sample collections and showroom merchandising.

Required graduation year: 2021 - 2025

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated intern with the following profile:

• Detailed-oriented
• Good at multitasking;
• Calm demeanor and operating well in a high-pace working environment;
• Strong communication skills and good level of English, (oral, written and reading);
• Good at interacting with people;
• Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Point Point)
• Currently enrolled in a undergraduate/graduate program or recent graduate;
• Sales experience preferred, but not required;
• Must be energetic, outgoing, tenacious, and a natural closer;
• Must be 18 years of age or over.

• Ability to work independently
