eCommerce Operations Manager

General Function:

The Operations Specialist contributes to running eCommerce in North America, both on direct and 3rd party websites, by overseeing several operational tasks in collaboration with Logistics, Supply Chain and Business departments. 

 

The ideal candidate will be an analytical, innovative, organized leader who can manage the business in a scalable way. He/she is focused on: day to day operations including order management, process improvement, back order analysis and supply chain projects. Will have to support the Ecommerce director on  Merchandising, UX, Back-end, Activations,  Operations and Customer Service.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

Operations functions:

  • Support Ecommerce Director  in operational functions , including customer service,  supply chain, warehouse operations, and operational goals for inbound and outbound inventory.
  • Support Ecommerce Director to lead end-to-end execution of ecommerce logistics and order fulfillment activities, guaranteeing accurate and timely fulfillment and delivery.
  • Leverage data and manage key metrics to provide insights and recommendations on improving system efficiencies.
  • Help manage merchandise content onsite to ensure the site reflects current product offerings and is optimized for customer experience.
  • Ensure SOPs  and SLAs are established for Operations and Customer service, documented, trained, followed and maintained.
  • Manage daily website maintenance, bug fixes, and  new development tasks.
  • Monitor daily sales, create and report on eCommerce activity, with emphasis on KPI's, UPT, AOV, , Reviews, UX and site speed.
  • Other special projects as assigned by management.

 

Amazon

  • Maintain and manage catalog to ensure all products are set up correctly ensuring brand and product information is optimized for conversion rate, inclusive of enhanced brand.
  • Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales.
  • Be the in-house expert and repository of knowledge of all Amazon platform changes and maintain knowledge of Amazon selling policies and code of conduct and ensure all accounts remain in compliance.
  • Support marketing programs within AMS Amazon ecosystem to drive rapid growth.
  • Responsible for weekly & monthly sales reports, sharing key insights and recommendations which support business needs.

 

Customer service 

  • Interpret market trends and consumer needs and translate them to actionable direction.
  • Integrate customer feedback and insights into actionable recommendations for improvements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce.
  • Experience managing and supporting eCommerce and Marketing technology platforms, such as Shopify+,  Amazon, CRM, loyalty platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of the end to end eCommerce process inclusive of website infrastructure, CMS and customer-facing capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Highly analytical, able to convert analytical insights into actionable results.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels, platforms and integration.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting, prioritize competing projects and deliverables.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams.
