Mission

Our mission is to celebrate, elevate, and promote the unique and diverse fashion community in Boise, Idaho, and to create opportunities for designers and fashion professionals to thrive.

Boise Fashion Week is a non-profit, collaborative fashion event that showcases the work of local, regional, and national designers, models and creatives. We are committed to creating a platform where these people can express their creativity, connect with a wider audience, and advance their careers. We also believe that fashion is a powerful form of expression and self-acceptance, and we strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone involved.

Our mission statement reflects our core values of:

• Community: We believe that fashion is a community-driven art form. We are committed to supporting and promoting the Boise fashion community, and to creating an event where everyone feels welcome and included.

Here are some specific ways that we hope to achieve our vision:

• Showcase the work of local, regional, and national designers. We want to provide a platform for designers to share their work with the world, and to connect with buyers, retailers, and other fashion professionals.

• Host educational workshops and seminars. We want to provide designers and fashion professionals with the resources and knowledge they need to succeed.

• Partner with local businesses and organizations. We want to work with other stakeholders in the Boise community to promote the city's fashion industry and to create new opportunities for designers and fashion professionals.

• Promote diversity and inclusion. We believe that fashion should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or identity. We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants in Boise Fashion Week.
