WORKSHOP COORDINATOR (Ongoing Freelance)

Job description:  

• Monitor the schedule of overtime, comp time & vacations on Excel for the non-hourly employees
• Keep daily updates of the WIP to ensure all the work is captured
• Create an accurate account of work that’s been completed
• Gather information from PD, patternmakers,  NYWS’s Director and Master Craftsman to log the status of projects
• Partners w facilities on Office moves, set up issues, etc.
• Back up Equipment Mgr. in filing P-Card reports, 
• Order & maintain office supplies
• Order Raw Materials w suppliers:  ie, fillers, HW, etc.  – coordinating w NJ team as well
• Order/manage late night travels, meals for the team
• Process all expenses for the team
• Partner w Finance on processing all  invoices
• Schedule safety meetings
