Workday Configuration Analyst - PVH Corp.

The Workday Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuration activities in support of new Workday projects and enhancements.  S/he will have deep expertise in absence and benefits functionality in Workday. This role requires deep functional process knowledge to understand complex policies and translate them into Workday configuration (plans and business processes).  

  • Serve as an expert in Workday configuration and ensure the successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines.
  • Manage the deliverables, scope of work and quality for responsible work streams
  • Conduct design sessions with Functional Owner(s) to understand business requirements
  • Configure & test new Workday functionality per requirements
  • Develop thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes
  • Develop high-quality deliverables and presentations for review with stakeholders to communicate key business process concepts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in the development, testing and implementation of enhancements/releases (new integrations, Workday updates, etc.)
  • Liaise with Corporate IT and Change Management partners

Experience:   

  • 3+ years overall HRIS experience
  • 2 years’ experience in Workday Configuration  

Education:   Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science or related discipline

Skills:

  • Past Workday HRIS experience is REQUIRED
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
  • Builds and maintains excellent relationships with stakeholders to ensure that operational business needs are met
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and superior Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookup, macros, charts & graphs)
  • Exceptional problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
