Workday Analytics & Reporting Lead - PVH Corp.The Workday Analytics & Reporting Lead is responsible for analyzing and summarizing data in a relevant and meaningful manner to drive business decisions, process improvements and support strategic initiatives reports and dashboards. S/he will also develop and send out executive reporting packages and be involved in other data related initiatives analysis on an ad hoc basis.
• Develop and prepare regular and ad-hoc, reports, incorporating key metrics such as: headcount, vacancies, and turnover to support strategic initiatives
• Develop analytics dashboards utilizing multiple data sources to provide actionable reporting and analysis
• Utilize technology and analytical tools to interpret workforce data
• Develop governance processes around master data including definitions and usage
• Conduct design sessions with Subject Matter Experts, Functional Lead(s) and/or project sponsor(s) to understand strategic direction and business requirements
• Develop high-quality deliverables (requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes) and presentations for review with stakeholders to communicate key business process concepts
• Partner with cross-functional teams in the development, testing and implementation of enhancements/releases (new functionality, Workday updates, etc.)
Experience:
• 5+ years overall experience in supporting HRIS applications, designing solutions and analytics and reporting.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Workday Configuration and reporting, with a good understanding of Workday Business Processes, Report Writer, data sources, calculated fields. BIRT reporting is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics or related discipline.
Skills:
• Past Workday HRIS experience is REQUIRED
• Excellent analytical, organizational and data analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
• Demonstrated project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
