WOMEN’S FOOTWEAR DESIGNER - St. Louis (Will Pay for Relocation!!)

Footwear Designer role with a very well-known, multi-billion dollar footwear company.  

• Innovative and affordable women’s footwear design concepts working within the seasonal product process
• Management of the design process from trend research to finished product designs, including sketching, CAD illustration, material selection and color application
• Footwear designs reflective of product brief, feminine styling and trend-right content
• Ability to sketch shoes accurately and provide detailed specifications for sample creation, refining designs to reflect sales feedback and fitting standards, while achieving cost targets
• Understanding of consumer and fashion trends through travel, shopping the market, trade shows and competitor research, seeking inspiration for new possibilities and effectively applying to new designs
