Design

- Researching trends, shopping market to identify trending styles applicable to our category

- Sketching line (can be hand-sketching or AI)

- Researching materials, detailing and specing line

- Daily correspondence/emailing with agents and factories

- Meeting with customer, entering special requests based off line – recolors, pattern adjustments, etc and all follow-up

- Comfortable working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook

- Traveling and working in China with agents and factories on prototypes and design. 2-4x a year. Experience here is required.

Requirements:

- Interest in moderate and missy styles. Prior moderate background a plus, but not required

- 3 year design experience
